We do not send orders out POD (paid on delivery). Orders are shipped on a prepaid basis only.
You will notice that "payment on delivery" is an option in the checkout procedure. This option is reserved for persons who are able to come to our facility in Amsterdam and pick up their order. It may also be used by special permission from the store manager.
We track the shipments of all orders placed. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, misplaced, or damaged in transit, you can contact the TNT directly. You should also notify us immediately if you receive products damaged in shipping, and send a photo, if possible, so that we may document the damage. You have 7 days after you receive your shipment to claim any damages.
Please Note:
TNT offer tracking or delivery confirmation services for international deliveries, although it receives a different tracking number once it leaves The Netherlands.
Therefore, you cannot track lost or delayed packages using the tracking features on ScrapbookOutletOnline.com.

We aim to deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Your order will normally be dispatched within one working day. However, this time may increase during busy periods. Orders received after 3pm will normally be processed the following working day. You will receive an email confirming the date your order has been dispatched.
Deliveries take approximately 4 working days to arrive once your order has been dispatched. Your order will be dispatched by TNT.

We recommend your order is delivered to an address where your parcel can be signed for during the day, for example a work address, or with a relatives.
You can leave specific delivery instructions such as leave with a neighbor, but we are unable to guarantee these will be followed. We do not recommend that your parcel is left outside or left in an unsecured outbuilding. ScrapbookOutletOnline can not be held responsible for delayed deliveries. We have to allow 14 days before we can file a claim with TNT for undelivered packages
